Why Elevate?

Elevate yourself with our barre program that focuses on muscle tone, core strength, flexibility, and improved balance.  This low impact program is designed to give you a total body workout each class. What makes our program special is the way our system is developed to target 5 main muscle groups each class. When you come to class the following day, we work the opposing 5 muscle groups, ensuring that you have a rest day built in to achieve the best results with sufficient recovery time.

 
 

Community

While you will get an amazing workout at each Elevate Barre class, the bigger goal is to help each individual discover their true strength, while gaining confidence, and building a community that supports and empowers each other.
