This is our classic Elevate Barre class. Each class consists of a warm up, sequences targeting specific muscle groups, low impact cardio, and a cool down stretch to focus on flexibility.

These 30 minute classes are packed for maximum results. Each class follows a shortened version of our classic Elevate Barre class. Get your barre workout in, in less time with these Express classes!
