Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Reservations will be honored up until the start of the class, given availability. You must book your spot online. You can also place your name on the online waitlist, where you will be notified if a spot opens up.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All class cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the class start time. An "early cancel" (outside of the 1 hour cancellation window) will not affect your account. If the cancellation is made within the 1 hour period before the class start time, it is considered a "late cancel", and the class will be removed from your account. Clients with a monthly unlimited membership will be charged the current drop-in rate of $15 for the class.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Before taking part in any exercise program, consult with your physician. New clients are encouraged to arrive early to discuss any injuries or limitations with the instructor.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:

Classes with no online registrations or one person in class 1 hour prior to start time will be canceled.

 

Elevate Barre

50 MINUTES

This is our signature Elevate Barre class. Each class consists of a warm up, sequences targeting specific muscle groups for the day with low impact cardio, and a cool down stretch.

What we love about this class: It’s low impact, which makes it the perfect option if you workout multiple times per week! It focuses on targeted strength training, and it’s an amazing full body workout each class!

Elevate Boot Camp

45 MINUTES

This class will get your heart rate up and keep you challenged! These creative workouts will change each week, and are perfect anyone looking for a fast paced, fun workout, and who loves a little friendly competition!

What we love about this class: Each workout has a different theme, so it’s always a new format! Everyone cheers each other on, and it’s another higher impact option to add to your weekly workouts.

Strength & Sculpt

45 MINUTES

Strength Training is one of the most important things we can do for our health as we age. This 45 minute class focuses on upper and lower body strength, while utilizing heavier weights than we use in a traditional barre class. Strength Training is truly the key to longevity as we age.

What we love about this class: It’s a low impact class that packs a ton of physical and mental health benefits!


Wednesday: 5:30 - 6:15pm


Yoga

50 MINUTES

Vinyasa practice - the breath with flow. Firey in the beginning, then transitioning through the Vinyasa sequence. Connecting body to breath with mindful loving Asana (poses). Strength, balance, stretching, and internal growing awareness. 

What we love about this class: This class truly allows you to feel the mind-body connection. It’s great for stress relief and calming your mind, something we could all use more of during our busy week!
