Elevate Barre was developed with individuals of all ages, body types, and fitness levels in mind. While you will get an amazing workout at each class, the true mission of Elevate Barre is to help each client build confidence, strength, and find a community that will raise them up and offer support and encouragement. We believe that barre and group fitness classes are for everyBODY!

Our program was developed by a ballet dancer with 35+ years of training and combines some of the most effective exercises from ballet, along with strength, balance, and flexibility training. What makes this program effective is the structure of each class, along with the strategic combination of muscle groups targeted each day. Even if you came to a class every day, you wouldn’t be working the same muscle groups two days in a row, which ensures that you have that much needed recovery period between workouts. While our barre classes are a low impact workout, you will feel stronger and see results! We also have high impact options like our Strength + Sculpt and Boot Camp workouts, if you want to take it up a notch! Our instructors are ready to help you achieve your best workout each class.
